Refund Policy

At Bisbee True Crime, we understand that plans can change.

Full refunds are available for cancellations made before 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled tour. You can also reschedule your tour for free before that time, subject to availability.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made after 6:00 PM on the day of your tour are not eligible for a refund or free reschedule, and will be treated as a no-show.

If we must cancel a tour due to extreme or unsafe weather, or for any other reason, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled date.

If you have questions about this Refund Policy, please contact us before booking.
