Welcome to Bisbee True Crime. By booking a tour with us, you agree to follow the rules and policies outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience while exploring the dark history of our town. Please read these sections carefully as they constitute a binding agreement between you and Bisbee True Crime regarding our in-person walking tours. Services and Booking Essentials
Scope of Services
Bisbee True Crime provides guided in-person walking tours focused on historical crimes and local legends. We do not provide transportation or lodging.
Booking and Payments
All spots must be reserved and paid for in advance through our website. Your booking is confirmed only when payment is processed.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We offer full refunds for cancellations made before 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled tour. Requests made after this time are not eligible for a refund.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows
Tours begin strictly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late and cannot find the group, or if you fail to show up, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Weather Policy
Tours operate rain or shine. In the event of extreme or dangerous weather, we may cancel the tour. If we cancel, you will be offered a reschedule date or a full refund.
